So this man called and his child's name was misspelled, so I was trying to put a request in to correct it, he was so rude, talked very fast and his accent was heavy I couldn't understand him. So I nicely asked him to repeat himself, and he started cursing, with all that is going on in my life I am really stressed out and upset so I wasn't in the mood when I was trying to be nice and help the shithead. So, I disconnected the call. Yes I know you aren't supposed to let personal life effect your job, but seriously it was just uncalled for.
